Mixing with starch in the surface gluing tank can greatly improve the paper's pulling strength, sizing degree, and folding degree, can reduce or replace the internal sizing machine, purify the paper machine to make the environment, and reduce the cost.

This product has excellent water resistance, used for white paper, copper plate material, and kraft linerboard and high strength corrugated paper sizing, the surface water absorption rate can reach 35g or less, which can completely replace the commonly used rosin and AKD pulp Sizing.

This product is non-toxic material, can be used for food packaging paper.

Surface sizing agents can be used with non-ionic builders such as CMC, starch and natural fuels, and optical brighteners, and in most cases surface sizing with starch, but can also be used alone without starch, with water Dilution can be.

Within a reasonable range of use, this product will not reduce the surface tension of the liquid and will not produce a lot of foam.

The degree of sizing has been generated when the sheet leaves the machine, and there is no sizing maturation period. Dryer temperatures of 85-95°C are sufficient to obtain a degree of sizing.

V. How to use:

1, the general starch liquid into 8.0c / o concentration, but depending on the specific requirements of the paper sizing process.

2, first to the starch brewing tank, add 1/3 to 1/2 the amount of water, then add the amount of starch, start stirring, steam heating to 95 °C

3, starch liquid to gelatinization temperature, heat for 20 minutes, then add quantitative water, the solution temperature decreased 60 °C below, pay attention to the maximum temperature does not exceed 60-70 °C.

4. Add the quantitative product and stir for 5 minutes.

5, the amount of depending on the paper, raw materials and sizing degree requirements for the corresponding adjustment, special circumstances need to be adjusted, the general amount of tons of paper in the 1.5-2.5kg can reach the surface water resistance requirements

 

Sixth, matters needing attention:

Must be starch paste after dilution (the diluted starch solution should not exceed 75 °C), then add surface glue, stir evenly.
