V. How to use and precautions

1: The oxidized starch is gelatinized at 90-95° C. for 30 minutes and diluted to 8-10%. When the starch solution is cooled to 60-70° C., it can be used optimally relative to the starch mixed with 5-20% of the stock solution. effect.

2: Be sure to gelatinize and dilute the starch (diluted starch solution should not exceed 75 °C), add ADS surface sizing agent, stir evenly for use. Experience has shown that the glue temperature in the glue tank is between 65-75°C, which can exert good sizing effect.

3: The amount of ADS surface sizing agent is adjusted depending on the paper type, raw material, and degree of sizing.
