Durable labels should be selected

A durable label is a label that does not fall off when it is left on an object for a long time. The surface material of the label requires good weather resistance and toughness, and the adhesive requires higher bond strength and durability.
Film type materials are usually the preferred choice for durable labels. Commonly used materials are:
1, PET material is commonly used in 25um and 50um two thickness, bright white, matt white, transparent and metallized color bright silver, bright gold, sub-gold.
The characteristics of PET materials are:
a. High material hardness, high tensile strength and tear strength;
b, excellent high temperature resistance, can withstand high temperature 150 °C;
c, excellent durability;
d, excellent transparency and good metallization processing characteristics;
e, good chemical resistance, suitable for outdoor use, and a wide range of uses.
2, PVC material compared with PET material soft, stretchable deformation, thickness is generally more than 100um.
Common colors are white and transparent. The characteristics of PVC materials are:
a, good weather resistance, suitable for outdoor use;
b, the application temperature range is 20-80 °C, not high temperature;
c, durability, chemical resistance is very good;
d, due to good flexibility, suitable for application on various types of surfaces.
3, YUPO material YUOP material is a new type of synthetic material, with the common characteristics of the film and paper, thickness of 60um or more, generally only white.
YUPO materials are characterized by:
a, has excellent tensile and shear strength;
b, similar to the printability of paper, suitable for a variety of ink printing;
c, good durability and corrosion resistance, suitable for outdoor use;
d, a wide range of applications, can replace all types of metal signs.
