Germany successfully developed and launched a multi-functional food packaging machine

Multivac's Traysealer T350 WL is a new version of the T350 model that can be used to complete the packaging, weighing and labeling process on the same machine.

The T350 WL can be used to package any kind of food, use trays to seal fresh meat, poultry, processed meat, cheese, fast food meals and dietary ingredients, vegetables, salads and olives, pasta, baked goods, fish and aquatic products. Dry fruit.

Balance measurement uses subtraction. The weight of the empty tray is scaled to zero on the balance, and the weight of the food in each tray is determined. The range of each weighing cycle is between 20-7500 grams. Extreme packing specifications can also be handled. The weighing machine can handle 36 trays per minute.

The label can be designed according to a standard computer and the content can be freely modified on the Internet. The maximum label size handled by this machine is 100100 mm. Different data can be printed by the thermal transfer print head.
