Slurry ink dry test (below)

3 test methods:
a. Cut a center of a small scraping paper to a 20×20 mm square hole on a glass plate;
b, with a dipstick to take the appropriate amount of ink has been adjusted and tested on the scratch paper, scraped with a knife from top to bottom;
c. Remove the scratch paper and leave a thin layer of the tested ink at the square hole.
d, to maintain room temperature 25±1, relative humidity 60 to 70%, regular use of the pin toggle ink layer, record the shortest time when the surface layer of the ink becomes solid, that the conjunctiva time of the tested ink, expressed in hours.
4 Note:
a. Use a squeegee to draw the ink through the square hole of the paper. The force should be appropriate. Do not use too big or too small to cause different thicknesses;
b. Observe carefully when using the pin tip to move the ink surface. After one place is toggled, the next time you can not move it in the same place;
c. This test is conducted under constant temperature and humidity conditions.
(3) Imprint fixing method - fixing speed test method (QB570-83)
The term “fixed” is a concept that has only gradually become clear in the past 20 years and refers to the meaning that the fixed attachment surface does not transfer after the fluid ink is printed on the paper account. In fact, fixation can be seen as the initial drying of the ink is more, that is, the process of ink self-flow into a semi-solid process, the following describes the determination of the fixing speed test method - imprint fixing method.
1 Test principle: The initial drying time of the ink on the paper (the dryness of the second color can be overprinted) refers to the ink fixing speed expressed in minutes.
2 Tools and Materials:
a, printability instrument;
b. Adjust the ink knife;
c, glue;
d, coated paper 270 × 200 mm;
e, 0.1 ml ink suction tube.
3 test methods:
a. Start the printability tester first, and scrub and clean the rubber roller, steel roller and manual paper holder.
b. Transfer the sample on the glass plate with a black knife for 15 times. Then use a dip knife to load the sample into a 0.1 ml ink-absorbing tube.
c. Put the ink in the ink-absorbing tube on the printing roller of the printability instrument (a total of four rubber rollers can print four samples at a time);
d. Adjust the distance between the rubber roller and the roller to a certain position (the elastic hand wheel is behind the fitness meter);
e. Use two pieces of copperplate paper to clamp on the manual paper holder (the distance between the paper holder and the rubber roller is fixed);
f、Turn the hand to rotate the rubber roller and then start the machine for 2 minutes to even the ink. Immediately release the hand wheel behind the machine and turn off the machine.
g. With a manual paper gripper, print on a rubber roller (speed is uniform) and start recording time;
h. Remove the printed coated paper and cut several pieces of sliver 10 mm wide.
i. Clean the printability instrument and loosen the elastic hand wheel;
j, will be cut off the printed sliver two dip a little glue, anti-attached on a copper plate paper (from the upper end of 45 mm), on the printability instrument hand gripper, hand shaking paper clip The device is used for timing and interval copying until there is no color on the coated paper (the next time one copy is needed, the next one is cut off and the reserved printed sliver is cut off), and the total time required for recording is the fixing speed of the ink.
4 Note:
a. The used coated paper must be the same, otherwise it has a great influence on the fixing speed and gloss;
b. This test must be carried out under constant temperature and humidity conditions (temperature 25±1°C, humidity 60-70%). (Finish)
