The same two offset presses installed before and after use will have such a big difference in performance and quality. After analysis, the reason is that there is a difference in the foundation quality of the equipment installation. The foundation quality of the former installation does not meet the requirements and the foundation quality of the latter installation. And the installation quality is normal. Therefore, equipment installation is an important part of the pre-management of the equipment. 4. Oil spill. It is generally more accurate to observe the machine after a normal operation for a day or two.
5. After the machine is used normally for one month or one quarter, the level of the impression cylinder, plate cylinder, and the vertical level of some parts are detected with a level gauge.
