Q: What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
A: The samples will be sent to client for confirmation before any shipment, therefor, the orders are final sales exempted from any return or exchange policy, except there is any distributor agreement or written consent.
If your goods arrive damaged or incorrect, you may be eligible for a return. Please immediately contact customer support.
Q: Can I Get Free Samples?
A: Free samples are available. However, the courier charges might be borne by yourself.
Q: Can I Provide Own Design to Make Samples? How Do You Respect the Intellectual Property?
A: We accept client's design/drawing for making new samples, and especially respect and keep client's information/IP confidential. Non-disclosure agreement is available whenever the client requires!

Q: How Fast Can You Deliver the Goods?
A: 20-30 days for a full 20"container, 45 days for 40"HQ container, FOB Shenzhen.
Q: How Does Your Factory Do on Quality Control?
A: We implement Processing Quality Mechanism:
(1) All raw materials are examined by QA staff before going into the workshop;
(2) Well-trained workers produce strictly according to SOP. QC staff will randomly check in this stage;
(3) QC staff continue checking the packing and loading process to make sure no defects happen in the final stage.
Q: How Can You Ensure the Quality of Samples and Mass Goods are Consistent?
A: We don't deliberately provide some too perfect samples to be inconsistent during mass production initiating. We will honestly provide the samples that are the same as the mass goods. We will send the samples for client's confirmation before shipment.
