A Komori four-color machine, due to a long service life caused by lack of oil, so often due to lack of oil on both sides of the drum stuck. After the analysis, it was considered that the oil pressure of the oil pump was insufficient, and the fine impurities contained in the oil blocked the high pressure oil nozzle. Open the cover and remove the high-pressure grease nipples on both ends of the drum. Adjust the dredge and install it. This wastes time and delays production. The simpler method is: buy 4 UB- 4 oil separators and 2 UA-10 oil separators according to the number of rollers of the model, respectively installed in the easy-to-operate place, and open the high-pressure grease nipples on both ends of the drum. In this way, it is very convenient to observe the operation of the oil circuit and eliminate impurities in time, which greatly reduces the downtime.
