On the eve of New Year's Day, the children of Dongzhou Chunlei Primary School in Sanquan Town, Nanchuan District received a special New Year gift. On the morning of December 28th, our reporters and volunteers came to the Shancun Primary School with more than 600 toys collected, and sent toys to the children. The campus was filled with joyful laughter.

Raised more than 600 toys in 4 days

Beginning on December 24th, Banan Ronghui Peninsula Community responded to the newspaper's initiative of â€œletting idle toysâ€ turn into waste, and launched a fund-raising idle toy activity in the community. On the first day, more than 100 pieces were collected until December 26th. At the end of the event, more than 200 idle toys were collected. These toys include pistols, big trucks, mini planes, remote control cars, magic wands, rag dolls, etc. Most of them are 70% new. I heard that I want to send toys to mountain children from Chongqing. Volunteers from the owner's network, Chongqing Ruicheng Automobile Club and LOVELIFE Chongqing Support Association also bought more than 400 new toys.

In just 4 days, more than 600 toys were collected. On December 28th, the toys were loaded and transported to Dongzhou Chunlei Primary School in Sanquan Town, Nanchuan District, as a New Year gift for mountain children.

Every child chooses a toy

Dongzhou Chunlei Primary School is located in Mazui Village, Sanquan Town, Nanchuan District. There are more than 500 people, and the average altitude is over 1000 meters. When the reporters came to the school, the sky was floating with snowflakes. When the toys were placed on the table in the classroom, the children made a "wow, wow" amazement. More than 600 toys are filled with 6 desks. Under the guidance of the teacher, each child is queued up to pick one. In front of so many toys, many children have spent their eyes on it, and they donâ€™t know what to choose. It is the turn of 6-year-old Wei Songyi to choose a toy, he seems hesitant. The volunteer handed him a puppet. After taking a look, he let it go. The teacher gave him a robot. He shook his head and finally chose a red electric sports car. He immediately hugged it on his chest and was very happy.

Toys can develop children's intelligence

Principal Li Jianwen said that for a child, toys are very important. They can develop children's intelligence, develop their hands-on ability, and learn a lot in the process of playing toys. The toys sent by the volunteers are very valuable. The school will register these toys and the children will exchange them after a while to make them the most valuable.
