3. The machine's positioning mechanism is the company's patented design. It was firstly applied on the linear labeling machine's secondary positioning mechanism and is also the biggest highlight of the double-sided labeling machine. It completely solved the problem of labeling of special-shaped bottles.
When labeling the shaped bottle, different positioning blocks can be made according to the sectional characteristics of the bottle to be attached, and the positioning block is mounted on the eccentric block of the positioning mechanism.
When being pasted by the bottle, the positioning mold is quickly closed, and then the bottle is sent out at the same line speed as the conveying line, and the position of the positioned object is accurately positioned between the pressing belt and the conveying line.
The positioning mechanism uses servo motor transmission to realize different operating speeds within the same rotation and improve the production speed of the equipment.
