Most of the furniture is unqualified
According to reports, the Guangdong Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau has inspected 170 batches of metal furniture and dark luxury hardwood furniture products produced by 145 enterprises in 7 cities (regions) such as Foshan, Shunde, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Jiangmen and Zhongshan. The number of unqualified products was 24.1%, and the unqualified product discovery rate was 24.1%. Excluding only 33 unqualified products, the product quality was found to be 4.7%. According to the published blacklist, most of the problem products are produced by small enterprises without brands and trademarks, including a coffee table produced by Guangzhou Mingli Furniture Co., Ltd., produced by Beibo Town Oubai Furniture Co., Ltd., Shunde District, Foshan City. A round table, a Ming-style square stool produced by Dongguan Changan Baoyijia Factory, a Laos red rosewood stool produced by Shenzhen Foyuan Mingqing Furniture Technology Co., Ltd.
Paint failure rate of 11.3%
According to the report of the Quality Supervision Bureau, there are 17 batches of industrial coatings, automotive coatings, floor coatings, powder coatings and marine coatings produced by Guangdong enterprises. The unqualified product discovery rate is 11.3%. A batch of Clivia brand NC Tianna water produced by Zhongshan Hengbao Chemical Co., Ltd., the “gelling number†project is not up to standard; a batch of Chuangmei brand rust-proof iron red (paint) produced by Foshan Nanhai Yinghong Chemical Co., Ltd. ), fineness, drying time, gloss project is not up to standard; a batch of Opels outdoor powder produced by Opels Plastic Powder Co., Ltd. in Shunde District, Foshan City is not qualified.
Tempered glass fragment state item is not up to standard
Some batches of tempered glass produced by Foshan Nanhai Zhongrong Engineering Glass Co., Ltd., Gaoming New Yongye Glass Products Co., Ltd., Nanhai Yapul Tempered Glass Factory and Foshan Zhongnan Rosen Glass Co., Ltd. were unqualified.
According to reports, the problems found in the spot checks are mainly due to unsatisfactory items such as fragmentation, impact resistance, surface stress, and thermal shock resistance. Among them, a batch of tempered glass produced by Shenzhen Weichuang Glass Doors and Windows Co., Ltd., the fragment state project is not up to standard; a batch of 5mm Ford blue coated glass produced by Guangzhou Xinxing Glass Co., Ltd. is also not up to standard due to the debris state project.
