The basic principle of choosing glue glue is: Select different glue according to the different surface treatment methods of corrugated box paper.

If the corrugated box's sticky mouth is plain paper and common paper surface, sticky box can use ordinary white latex; if it is paper and film surface (including light film and matte film) bonded label, paste box Need to use paper plastic water, but also with the film surface material selection of different paper plastic water, such as PET or OPP film surface in the paste box should be used when selecting different paper plastic water; if it is paper and UV The surface of the varnish is bonded, and the UV glue is used when gluing; if it is the bond of the paper surface with the polished surface, the polishing glue is needed when the paste box is used.

Scanning format: hand-glued or gluing cartridges are slow in speed, and fine-printing research is conducted. Open time (from the time when the glue is in contact with the adhesive and the adhesive can no longer move freely) should be selected; the automatic glue or paste box The speed is fast and glues with short opening time should be used.

When using glue glue, you must also consider the working environment of the paste box workshop. The glue used in winter and the glue used in summer are different in the ratio, because the same brand, the same batch of glue, digital printing at different ambient temperatures, the viscosity is different, the lower the ambient temperature, The higher the viscosity of the glue. Whether it is winter or summer, the sticking box production process requires the glue to reach the viscosity that is most convenient for the production operation.
