RIDDEX's Exclusive 1 Year Warranty gives you 1 full years of protection! In the unlikely event your unit stops working, simply call our Customer Care Center to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, ship the unit back to us and we will send you back a brand new unit free of charge or we will repairs it well for you! WARRANTY DETAILS RIDDEX ® warrants its products to be free of defects due to manufacturing for one full year after the date of receipt. This certificate confirms that you have purchased our optional 1 Year Extended Warranty, certifying your product to be free of manufacturing defects for a total of 1 years after the date of receipt. Should your product fail to operate due to manufacturing defect within the 3 months time period, RIDDEX® will replace the product free of charge after return of the defective unit. Should your product fail to operate due to manufacturing defect within the 1 year time period, RIDDEX® will repair the product free of charge after return of the damaged unit. In the event you need to use the warranty, simply call our Customer Care Center at 0086-574-87527596 (China) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. The sole obligation of RIDDEX® under this warranty is to repair or replace the product, at RIDDEX® `s discretion. This warranty only applies to the original owner and to a product purchased directly from RIDDEX® or a RIDDEX® authorized dealer. WHAT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER This warranty does not cover damage occurring from and not limited to accidents, alteration, neglect, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable or proper maintenance, and modifications or repairs not recommended or approved in writing by RIDDEX®. Unit damage due to personal behavior, or the time has over 1 year , RIDDEX® can repair the unit for customers by a certain of charge.
