AIJJMAND air cushion headbox

AIJJMAND's air-cushion headbox has three important features: it is fed by the central feed tube bundle, and the slurry flow is stabilized and micro-resistant against flocculation using a homogenizer roll. The pulp consistency is adjusted according to the control of the banner structure. The air-cushion headbox is particularly suitable for papermaking products that include high-purity or high-fill papers, specialty papers, cultural papers, and thick papers at low speeds and wide flow ranges.
