First, pay attention to the source of the plate is the key to reduce the dirty background. The so-called plate source is the brand and quality of the printing plate. Because the quality of the printing plate is not good, no matter how serious the printing operator is, how standardized the operation is in vain. Because there are many brands of PS versions on the market, the technicians are different. The quality of the PS versions of some brands is very unstable. The printing house must not buy cheaply, often these PS versions have the most problems in operation. In the past, our internship factory used a printing plate of a certain brand to save money. During the operation process, I will talk about what method we use. As long as it is decontaminated, it will form around the decontamination location. Some irregular blue backgrounds like ocean waves. These places become dirty when printing on the machine, so that the printing workers are afraid to see the printing plates of this brand. After this lesson, we focused on selecting some plates with long production time and stable quality, and correspondingly used the matching developing syrup for production. 2. Use appropriate exposure time to control In the process of printing, the length of exposure time is an important factor for the quality of the printing plate. Before buying a batch of new editions and putting them into production, no matter whether it is a printing plate of a commonly used brand or not, we will first use the Bruner signal strip for trial exposure. If 1% of the small dots in the signal are not lost and 2% of the small dots can be exposed, we will set this exposure time as the standard exposure time. Under the condition that the quality of the quantity map is normal, this exposure is used for exposure The printing plate will rarely have a background color. If there is a slight fog in the positive image, extend the exposure time appropriately according to the actual situation. However, this method can only be used if there are enough images in the Yangtu.

3. Control by the strength of the developer concentration of the printing plate. If the picture and text of the photo are relatively weak and there is fog, the method of changing the concentration of the developer can be used for control. We are using the Huaguang version of the PS version of the developer. During the process of use, we changed the ratio of the 1: 5 water distribution of the hand display required to reduce its concentration appropriately, and extended the development time can effectively reduce the generation of background color after decontamination. . The specific method is to increase the water ratio of the printing stock solution from 1: 5 to 1: 5.5-1: 6, according to the standard exposure, the development time is increased to about 1/3 of the normal development time. If the printing plate printed in this way still has glue marks and film side shadows, as long as it is removed with a detergent, it will rarely appear dirty after being put on the machine.

Fourth, the preheating time and short control of the printing machine In the past, our printing operation was to wait until the printing was needed before turning on the printing machine. The printing machine started to print immediately after preheating for less than 5 minutes. Afterwards, it was put on the printing machine, and it was reopened when there was a printing plate. Later, we found that whenever there are more printing plates, and when the boot time is longer, the background of the printed plate after the dirt is reduced is significantly less than that of the printed plate in front. Why do all the printing plates adopt the same exposure time and development time? After observation, we concluded that it has a great relationship with the insufficient preheating time of the plate-making machine. If the preheating time of the printing machine is too short, the color temperature of the printing lamp is not stable enough at this time, so the printing plate is easy to produce a background color. After we discovered this situation, we changed the previous practice. We preheated the printing machine for about 20 minutes before each printing, and generally did not put the printing machine on, so we greatly avoided the dirt The problem of dirty background.

Fifth, use the PS version of the wetting powder to deal with the decontaminated parts. We found that after the decontamination, if it is rubbed with the wetted powder of the PS version of the bucket liquid prepared around the decontaminated part, it will prevent the background from getting dirty. effective. The specific method is to rinse the plate with clean water after decontamination, and then use a damp cloth or sponge to directly moisten the moisturizing powder and wipe it evenly on the decontamination position, then rinse with water, dry it and apply the glue.
