One, easy to dirty version

1. The temperature in summer is high. Compared with other seasons, the amount of water control should be properly increased. This is to increase the pressure of the water supply roller; the amount of water should be increased to avoid the dirty version;

2. Strictly control the temperature; the printing environment temperature should be controlled at 10-28 degrees, and the optimal temperature should be at 15-25 degrees

It is best not to exceed 28 degrees; if conditions permit, it is best to print in an air-conditioned room in order to control the temperature; there is really no condition, and the machine must be moved to a cool place;

3. Control of humidity; humidity and water control amount are inversely proportional; that is, the greater the humidity, the water control amount should be reduced; generally speaking, the appropriate environmental humidity of offset presses is controlled between 50% -85% relative humidity;

2. Ink emulsification

1) The temperature is high in summer and the ink becomes thinner; at this time, No. 0 ink should be added to make the ink thicker; at the same time, considering this factor, the amount of water control should also be increased;

2) Some operators may freeze the ink in the refrigerator, so that the ink becomes thicker due to the decrease in temperature; however, because the temperature of the ink will gradually increase during the printing process, this method is only effective in the short term;

3) When choosing printing inks, it is better to choose inks that are less oily and suitable for summer printing; if the ink is too thin, you may wish to add a little dry oil; when actually controlling water, you should fully consider the thinness and temperature of the ink High and low, humidity and other comprehensive factors to achieve the best printing effect;

3. The electromagnet heats up and the plate pressure is insufficient

In summer, why does the electromagnet generate heat? The reasons are as follows:

(1) The temperature is high; the heat dissipation effect is mainly caused by the temperature difference between the electromagnet and the surrounding environment; the smaller the temperature difference, the less ideal the heat dissipation effect;

(2) The voltage is too low; the power supply used by the offset printing machine is preferably stable at 220V / 50HZ, especially to prevent the interference of surrounding electrical appliances; in summer, due to the widespread use of electrical equipment, the voltage is too low, which intensifies the electromagnet Load, causing fever;

(3) The resistance of the tension spring of the electromagnet is too large; the resistance of the tension spring is too large, which causes heating; for the above situation, we recommend using a continuous (non-ordinary household step-up type) AC regulated power supply to improve the quality of operation In order to extend the service life of the machine; on the other hand, we are also stepping up the development of more powerful electromagnets to effectively solve the problem of insufficient magnetic force.
