This machine is the newly developed laser holographic logo stamping machine based on TYM780A, which is a special equipment for hot stamping security tags. The machine still has basic functions such as ordinary hot stamping and die cutting and embossing.

Control principle:
The control device adopts a programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the transmission length or thickness of the holographic film. The intelligent operation display screen is used for centralized input, and the communication module transmits data to the programmable processor for processing. Fiber Optic Sensor:
The fiber optic sensor consists of an optical fiber and an amplifier. The fiber head is mounted on a fiber optic shelf and can be moved freely up and down, left and right, correctly track the cursor on the holographic film, and send its signal through an amplifier to a programmable tension control device:
The signal sent by the optical fiber and amplifier is calculated by the programmable controller and output to the tension controller. After processing by the device, the magnetic powder brake in the input tension control generates braking torque, and the foil is controlled to maintain a constant tension to convey the aluminum foil. In addition, the pendulum potentiometer measures the number of turns of the holographic film roll and feeds back the tension controller to achieve constant tension control. The braking torque can also be set in advance in accordance with different holographic film and walking size and running speed to set the acceleration gain or deceleration gain. Servo motor drive:
The signal processed by the programmable calculator is input to the servo motor drive device to realize the start, acceleration, deceleration, and stop (braking) of the motor. Due to the digital type, different parameters can be set so that the servo motor always runs in the best condition.
