The horizontal-vertical burning test machine is suitable for testing and evaluating the burning characteristics of electrical and electronic products, household appliances, and insulating materials. This test equipment is designed and manufactured according to the relevant provisions in UL94-2003 or GB4706.1-1998, GB5169.7.14.15.16-2002 and IEC60695 standards.
Similar to ATLAS structure and intelligent control, the tester adopts the integrated design of the test box part and the control part, which is convenient for on-site installation and debugging. The shell of the test chamber is made of painted steel, and the important parts are made of stainless steel, which is resistant to smoke and gas corrosion; the control system has a high degree of automation, easy to use, stable and reliable.
l The gas source of the test flame is coal gas or petroleum liquefied gas (it is recommended to select gas with better gas quality if possible).
l The burner is pre-mixed, with an inner diameter of ï¿ 12 ± 0.5mm and a length of about 100mm.
l The flame height can be easily adjusted from 20mm to 175mm according to standard requirements.
l Flame application time and holding time can be adjusted from 0 to 99 minutes and 99 seconds.
l Automatic control of the test process.
l With dual flowmeter and pressure regulation (GB standard) / with single flowmeter and pressure regulation (UL standard).
l Test angle: 0 ℃, 20 ℃, 45 ℃ adjustable.
