The new Alvey 780 low-speed cross-feed palletizer can be used for single-line operations in the food and consumer goods markets. The machine can handle a variety of box types using right angle mode. The near-center rollers and a set of double sector split flaps allow the Alvey 780 to handle up to 40 cartons with trays per minute. The Alvey 780 has the least moving parts. The advanced fault diagnosis system displays the potential problems in the form of readability information so that the operators can judge and make decisions in a timely manner.
