The main reason for this is that the UV ink viscosity is too high; the anilox roller has a coarse wire and a large amount of ink is transmitted; the UV ink leveling property is poor. To solve this problem, we can add thinners, or use physical heating methods to reduce the viscosity of the ink; secondly, replace the anilox roller with finer mesh; adjust the pressure to make the ink more uniform;

The surface of the printed product is not cured, the adhesion is bad, and the odor is large

These phenomena are mainly due to insufficient UV intensity; improper storage of the varnish or a long time; overprinting of the surface of the printing ink; excessive dilution of the diluent and other causes. First of all, first check whether the UV lamp is aging, whether the surface of the lamp is surrounded by dust, and check whether the power of the lamp is matched (under normal circumstances, the power of the UV lamp is not less than 120W/CM), and it must be adjusted or replaced at any time! Secondly, adding a layer of base oil on the surface of the crystallized prints can change the condition of bad adhesion; in addition, it is to replace the ink and pay attention to the preservation of the ink (to avoid light, the temperature is kept at 5° C.). 25°C). There is also an appropriate amount of photosensitizer added to the ink, which also accelerates the curing of the varnish surface.

The surface of the printed product is pinhole or white point

The above problems are mainly due to the insufficient supply of ink, resulting in a thinner ink layer on the surface of the printed product; there may be a large amount of powder on the surface of the printed product. By adjusting the pressure, the ink can be fully transferred; and check whether the anilox roller cable is too thin; pretreat the surface of the printed product; reduce the amount of diluent added.
