China's first 100,000-grade purification and bottle-making workshop was recently built at the Danfeng Shuangfeng Glass Bottle Factory in Jiangsu Province and put into mass production, thus ending the history that the high-quality clean-controlled antibiotic bottles required by the pharmaceutical industry in China have been dependent on imports.
For a long time, the production technology level of China's pharmaceutical control glass bottles has lagged behind, and most domestically-manufactured glass bottles cannot meet the requirements of imported filling production lines. In response to this situation, Danyang Shuangfeng Glass Bottle Factory cooperated with Korea Shinichi Glass Co., Ltd. to introduce advanced foreign equipment and built the first static 100,000-grade purification bottle-making workshop in China, and organized production according to the ISO 1989-8362 standard. The quality of glass bottles all meet international standards.
