Post-binding equipment and distribution system

Heidelberg is currently the world's largest supplier of printing equipment systems. Its products cover prepress, printing and postpress processing. As far as the post-press equipment is concerned, Heidelberg's products mainly serve the post-press processing of the two major fields of publishing and printing, namely the binding of books and magazines and the issuance of newspapers.
one. Stapling equipment for books and magazines 1. Horse-riding stapler The predecessors of Heidelberg's postpress department are Stahl and Stahl-Brehmer, both of whom have more than 100 years of experience in producing folding machines and saddle stitchers. Heidelberg acquired Stahl in 1998 and made systematic changes to Heidelberg's manufacturing and quality standards. At present, the horse-riding stapler is produced in Leipzig, Germany. The main equipment includes the following three types of conventional saddle stitchers: ST-100 type, with speed up to 8000/hour; ST-250 type, with speed up to 11,000/piece. Hours; ST-300, speeds up to 12,000 hours/hour. In addition, Heidelberg Rotary Systems also produces high-speed horse-riding staplers in Dayton, USA, with a maximum speed of up to 20,000 copies per hour, and all of which are available for the latest popular "optional" binding. In this area, there is no doubt that Heidelberg is at the forefront of technology and is the only supplier of equipment that has succeeded in “selective” riding.
2. Perfect Binder The gluebinder of the Heidelberg Group mainly consists of a low-speed QB200 with a speed of 1500 bps. The QB200 bookbinding machine is designed with three splints, a manual renewal book block, and an automatic cover conveyor, which can be operated by a single person, suitable for small batches of glue-booked books, magazines, and sample books. It is simple and reliable, almost no maintenance, is a very successful perfect binding model. The high-speed binding equipment was produced by Heidelberg Rotation Systems, the predecessor of which was the product manufactured by Sheridon, USA. As one of the inventors of glue-binding equipment, Sheridon has more than 100 years of history in the production of glue-binding equipment. After being acquired by Heidelberg in 1997, the company has completely reformed its products according to Heidelberg's production standards. At present, the main product is a universal perfect binder, and there are 5 series. The number of splints ranges from 21 to 50, and the maximum number of hoppers for collating machines can reach 50 posts to meet the requirements of the new trend of “optional” perfect binding. In the area of 12,000 to 18,000 hours per hour, there are many models to choose from depending on the data requirements of the splint.
3. Thread-locking machine Heidelberg's F-140 sewing machine is produced by the world's first sewing machine manufacturer Brehmer (Brehmer is currently acquired by Heidelberg). It can be believed that with this company's many years of experience in the field of sewing machines, combined with Heidelberg's precision manufacturing capabilities and a global sales network, the sewing machine will certainly succeed in the near future.
two. Newspaper post-press processing equipment In the area of post-press processing of newspapers, Heidelberg and Sweden Weimar International Co., Ltd. fully cooperated with the newspaper printing factory to provide a full set of post-press processing equipment, including keel, stacking machine, report machine, inserter, and sign-in Marking machines, laminators, cross strapping machines, bundle sorting machines, automatic loading lines and other equipment and control systems.
