Measuring the packaging film of pathogens

Canada developed a packaging film that can detect pathogenic bacteria, using protein-based antibodies. The packaging film can detect Salmonella, Escherichia coli, Listeria and other pathogens, when contact with contaminated food, the color change reaction occurs, so as to determine the contamination of pathogens, to prevent food damage to humans.
