Serac Launches New PET Canned Equipment

The equipment supplier Serac Corporation has developed a machine with a die transfer device specifically for the vegetable oil tanks to PET containers. The company stated that Canopy was specially designed to meet the needs of the vegetable oil market. The development of this project began three years ago when Serac decided to develop a more versatile and versatile new product with less space requirements and at the same time It also has simple, inexpensive mechanical and electronic components.

To achieve this goal, Serac combines basic functions and economic methods to break the design limitations of traditional rotary canning equipment. Mechanical elements have become a major part of canopy, making it easier to operate and reducing the risk of fatigue and error. In addition, there is no direct contact between the nozzle and the container during the canning phase. Spilled liquid is collected through a very low tray and is easier to clean. Serac also pointed out that Canopy’s floor space is only 1/2 that of standard machines, ensuring that the product is equipped with 810 mm rotating parts, equipped with 27 tank filling nozzles, and an hourly working efficiency of 18,000 liters.
