The Berstorff extrusion line can be used to manufacture fiber-reinforced roofing sheets, which are particularly suitable for the processing of flexible PVC.
The core components of this production line include the twin-screw extruders ZE 75 UTX and ZE 60 UTX, which are specially designed for low-cost in-line compounding of custom formulations. Thanks to the use of special leveling devices, the plates of various materials can be calibrated with the highest accuracy and can be attached with fiber carriers. The entire production line also includes a metering system, screen changer, gear pump, various slot dies and appropriate follow-up equipment.
This line is specially designed to produce sheets with a thickness of 0.6-0.3mm at a speed of up to 12m/min. In addition to roofing panels, it can also be used to make automotive interior films and sheets.
