Akzo Nobel Develops Active Crosslinked UV Soft Ink

Akzo Nobel has recently developed a specially cross-linked UV soft ink, Cartoncure, for narrow web printing on folding plates. The ink has a high ink transfer speed due to its excellent viscosity properties, and it also has an "optimum ink strength" ink absorbance. In addition to high gloss, Cartoncure also has many hardening properties at a speed of 300 meters per minute. Akzo Nobel has introduced Lito Flora NT, the latest high-quality product of Akzo Nobel Inks Lito Flora ink series based on vegetable oil. Flora NT using Lito Cartoncure has high gloss and fast drying properties.
