1. Adopt advanced glv laser technology

The use of glv (raster-shaped light valve) laser technology exposure can increase the production speed of large-format ctp to more than 30 sheets per hour, completely solving the previous production speed problem. Glv is an exposure system that can adapt to high-speed platemaking operations. It consists of thousands of tiny silicon ceramic chips. When the chip is subjected to an external electric field, it will move up and down to reflect or disperse the incident laser beam, so that 512 or 1024 beams can be instantaneously exposed on the surface of the thermal plate.

2. Online drilling device

The biggest concern for users in large-format printing is the registration issue. However, online punching devices have been built into most large-format ctp devices. After the plates enter the ctp, the online punching device will immediately perform positioning and punching. With the help of positioning holes and positioning pins, it is easy to realize extremely high printing sets. Quasi-accuracy, reducing the exposure error caused by incorrect positioning of the printing plate; and with a variety of printing machine punching components, so that the output printing plate can be printed directly on the machine without manual punching, which significantly shortens the printing preparation time. Improve overall production efficiency.

3. Double laser double exposure

Super wide ctp equipment, in order to meet the different needs of customers, also joined the dual-exposure mode, can simultaneously expose two offset printing plates, so that the production speed is further improved.

4. Automatic plate loading device

The large-format ctp should be equipped with an automatic plate-fitting device to ensure the stable transport of printing plates, and the ability to freely extract the inter-sheet backing paper, making the entire process more automated.

Large-format ctp application outlook

Despite the economic downturn in recent years, it has caused great impact on printing companies. However, with more than 100,000 printing companies in the country, only a few thousand have installed ctp. Currently, printing companies that are preparing to purchase second or third ctp account for only A few percentage points, so ctp still has a lot of room for development in China.

According to industry statistics, the growth rate of global packaging printing will increase by 22% from 2006 to 2011, which is still relatively high compared to 18% of other printing fields such as book printing. Therefore, it is believed that the demand for large format ctp will still be met. Continues to rise.
