This printing and die cutting machine uses a wheel feeding system. Thanks to the use of a soft-driven vacuum cardboard conveying system and the use of perforated belts, the printing accuracy of the images is guaranteed. The printing department used a closed container squeegee ink supply system coated with aluminum material, and the ink was monitored by a process control device equipped with a viscometer. The die-cutting section uses a patented quick round die mounting device, so the die-cut production is also guaranteed. The printing roller is equipped with a printing plate quick installation system, and can quickly complete the anilox roller replacement work.
