This formula is a water glass-inorganic salt grout. During the construction, the first component of Part B is formulated as a 10% aqueous solution, and then the mixture is rapidly mixed with A:B=1:1 to perform grouting. Curing conditions are room temperature, about 3min. Decreasing the amount of component B can delay the curing time. It is mainly used for grouting sandy soil and has good water resistance.

This formula is water glass - organic grouting glue. A: B = 1:1, the A and B components will be rapidly mixed during construction, and the addition of B component will reduce the curing time from a few minutes to a dozen minutes.

This formula is a lignin grouting glue. Curing conditions are room temperature, 7-120 min. The solidified sand body after curing has a compressive strength of 500 KPa. The solid sand body has a permeability coefficient of 10-5-10-7 cm/s.

Part A Acrylamide N,N-Methylene bisacrylamide Ferrous sulfate cement Water Part B Ammonium Persulfate Cement Water This formulation is an acrylamide grout. With low viscosity, good irrigability, alkali resistance, antibacterial, curing time can be adjusted as needed and the gel permeability coefficient is small. It is used in drilling engineering to solidify and settle the solids in the slurry suspension, thus speeding up the drilling process.

This formula is a polyurethane grout, which is non-water soluble. Has excellent anti-permeability, high consolidation strength. At the time of construction, the prepolymer prepared from the above components is mixed well with a certain amount of an admixture. After grouting, water begins to foam and polymerize. The pressure generated by foaming promotes slurry leakage to prevent leakage.

Polyoxyethylene sorbitan oleate 1 cement 50-80
This formula is a polyurethane grout, which is an elastomer. Applicable to grouting and plugging of deformation cracks in construction projects. Has a certain degree of adhesive strength and excellent flexibility. Elongation up to 600%.

This formula is an epoxy grout. It has excellent mechanical properties, high bonding strength, low shrinkage, high stability, good electrical insulation, and excellent resistance to media.

Methyl methacrylate 100 benzoyl peroxide 1-1.5 dimethylaniline 0.5-1.5
P-Methanesulfinic Acid 0.5-1 Pyrogallic Acid 0.1 Methacrylic Acid Appropriate This formulation is a methacrylate grouting adhesive, also known as triazide, which is a chemically reinforced grouting adhesive. It has the characteristics of good irrigability, easy curing, high bonding strength, and good physical and mechanical properties.

Acrylamide 142.5 Part B Sulfuric Acid Solution 400 Ammonium Persulfate 4
This formula is urea formaldehyde resin grout. It has the characteristics of low viscosity, low cost and high bonding strength. Has a certain impermeability.
