Third, the main components of the machine:
1. Special workbench. Connected to the shearing plate, the height of the table: the cutting edge of the shearing machine is -20mm. Countertop shape: parallelogram.
2, the rack. It is connected by the left and right racks and the top rack. It is mainly made of steel such as square steel and is installed on both sides and above the special workbench.
3, the robot. There are reducer, bearing steel, high-precision optical axis and linear sliding bearing with chrome plating and safety cover.
4, stacking nest. It consists of a dedicated stacking surface and a number of guide rods. It is fixed on the ground. After the scraps are piled up to a certain height, they can be transported by forklift.
5. Electrical control. The PLC controller, speed control inverter and other components are installed in the operating electrical box. The operation panel is provided with automatic and manual state changeover switches and corresponding status indicators. The operating box is mounted on the left frame.
