According to the advantages and disadvantages of poplar above, strict production process standards and operating procedures should be formulated in the production process to compensate for the inadequacies of poplar wood. First of all, in the wood unraveling, the thickness of the board should be thickened, and the thickness of the board should be increased by 10% of the width of the dry pencil board to ensure the shrinkage rate of the wood. In the cooking of wood, it is necessary to strengthen the benchmark of wood cooking process, so that the internal stress of the wood is completely eliminated, so as to ensure that the wood is not easily deformed during the drying process, but the reference can not be too hard to prevent the layer of the pencil board from appearing. In the process of making pens, we must first strictly control the baking sheet. Roasted poplar wood board should be longer than roasting wood board. The fire should be small. At the same time, add 1/3 of paraffin wax. The grilled board should be light brown, but not too dark, too light. The color is too dark, indicating that the wood fiber is seriously damaged, resulting in waste. The color is too shallow, which may cause the face to not only become a hair rod. Secondly, in the process of finishing the board, the pencil board and the pencil that is not edged must be clamped by the clamp, and placed for 5-7 days, so that the water content can be evenly uniformed, and the warped board should be watered. After immersing, use a separate clamp and dry it before use. In the process of the planer, it is necessary to pay attention to the grinding tool. No matter how long the tool is used, the hair rod must be sharpened immediately to ensure the smoothness of the pen. If the hair rod is caused by the high moisture content in the plate, the rubber sheet should be returned to the drying room, and the planer should be carried out after the water content is balanced. In the process of selecting the pen, the hair rods should be stored separately. After the primer is applied, the sanding is performed after the primer is applied, and the second and third grades are unqualified.
