First, the processing technology and method

1. Comprehensive method for acid and alkali wastewater
This is a simple and economical method of waste disposal. In this method, acid and alkali wastewater are jointly introduced into the neutralization tank and mixed and stirred. The volume of the neutralization tank should be considered in terms of the amount of wastewater from 1.5 to 2.0 hours.
This method is suitable for the case where both the alkaline water and the acidic water are generated in the waste water produced during the production, for example, the pickling and rust removing and the alkali washing and removing oil in the treatment before the new steel drum is coated. The wastewater generated by the various processes can be used for the benefit of waste treatment.
2. Pharmacy neutralization method
Neutralizing agents for acidic wastewater include lime, caustic soda, sodium carbonate, limestone, carbide slag, boiler ash and softening station slag; and the neutralizing agents for alkaline wastewater include sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and acid waste gas. The dosage of the neutralizing agent is determined by the experimentally determined pH of the wastewater.
Lime is the most commonly used neutralizer for acidic water. It not only neutralizes any concentration of acidic wastewater, but also produces calcium hydroxide. The method of adding lime is to invest in wet and wet. The dry casting method is to uniformly add the pulverized quicklime directly into the water. The wet casting method is to dissolve the quicklime into a Ca(OH)2 emulsion of 5% to 10% after being digested into a concentration of 40% to 50% in a digestion tank, and to add water. mixing. 3. Filtering neutralization method
The method of using limestone and marble (CaCO2) as a filter material to pass acidic wastewater through the filter layer and making the water in the water is called a filter neutralization tank and a drum neutralization tank.
The choice of filter material is closely related to the solubility of the neutralized product. The neutralization reaction of the filter material occurs on the surface of the particle. If the solubility of the neutralized product is small, an insoluble hard shell is formed on the surface of the filter particle to prevent the neutralization reaction from continuing, and the neutralization reaction fails. Therefore, according to the composition and treatment amount of the treated acidic wastewater, the filter material and the filter structure can be appropriately selected to achieve the best treatment effect.
Second, wastewater treatment facilities

1. Measurement of acidity and alkalinity of wastewater
