The string with the product label printed on the herbicide bottle must be detected, whether the bottleneck of the bottleneck is defective, and whether the sealing surface of the bottle cap is defective.
two. solution
Use the VA-40 vision application with three cameras and choose iNspect software for easy resolution. The first camera rotates the viewing tab 90 degrees and uses the optical character recognition tool in iNspect to check the printed string. The second camera moves the measuring thread using the distance tool. The third camera uses a wrap tool to look at the surface and measure the minimum and maximum diameters.

Read each character with optical character recognition.

Use a 9 mm lens. The distance from the camera lens to the label surface is 9 inches, and the distance from the bottom to the bottom of the camera is 5.25 inches.
The 2.5*2.5 surface light source forms an angle of about 30 degrees with the bottom of the 9".
Testing thread

Using a 35mm lens, the distance from the end of the camera lens to the bottleneck surface is 11.25 inches. The distance from the bottom of the bottle to the lens is 14 inches, and the 5*5 backlight is about 6 feet from the plastic bottle.
Detect cap sealing surface
Positioning with Circle tool is to cover the sealing surface, the entire diameter, the maximum/minimum diameter must be measured

Using a 9mm lens, the distance from the end of the camera lens to the sealing surface is 7.25 inches. The 4 inch DOAL light source is horizontal to the lens facing the sealing surface.
