The CO2 content of PET bottled beer must be strictly controlled. Even at the above sterilization temperature, the maximum content does not exceed 0.58%, and it is absolutely safe to control within 0.55%. Otherwise, it is easy to cause deformation of the bottle. When the CO2 content is 0.58% in the test, the individual bottle full-mouth capacity increases from 1655 ml before use to 1685 ml, and the deformation rate reaches 1.81%, which makes the finished wine look untidy This problem may be related to the quality of individual bottle bottles.
PET bottles have low bactericidal PU values, but have good microbiological indicators and are suitable for pure draft beer.

The process control can solve the thermal deformation problem of PET three-layer bottles in the sterilization of buses. PET bottles cannot be vacuumed like glass bottles, and long tube fillers are preferred in production. In the case of long tube filling machines, the dissolved oxygen after CO2 replacement may be lower, and the preservation performance of beer in the increase of PET bottles will be better, and the amount of carbon dioxide used will also be reduced. Under the condition of process conditions, the smaller the difference between full capacity and effective volume, the better, which is conducive to reducing the bottleneck air. After sterilization, the liquid level in the bottle is also easier to observe.
